Scope of Services
FortuneGuard is an insurtech company providing analytical, marketing, and technology solutions for the insurance industry, with a focus on complex and high-risk coverage such as war, political violence, and business interruption insurance.

In Ukraine, FortuneGuard operates as an insurance agent under agreements with licensed Ukrainian insurance companies, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.

Outside Ukraine, FortuneGuard acts as a technology and distribution partner to international brokers and insurers (including Lloyd’s market participants), providing analytical, risk assessment, and facilitation support for non-admitted placements.

Regulatory and Licensing Compliance
‍All services within Ukraine are provided in accordance with Ukrainian law, including registration with the National Bank of Ukraine as an insurance intermediary.

For international placements, FortuneGuard collaborates exclusively with licensed brokers and insurers, ensuring that all insurance contracts are issued through duly authorized entities under applicable UK, EU, or local regulations.FortuneGuard itself does not issue or underwrite insurance policies outside Ukraine.

Remuneration Disclosure
FortuneGuard may receive remuneration from partner brokers or insurers for the analytical, technological, and distribution services it provides. This remuneration may take the form of a service fee, consulting fee, or share of brokerage commission, depending on the cooperation agreement. By submitting an inquiry or request for quotation through FortuneGuard’s platforms, users acknowledge that FortuneGuard may receive compensation from third-party brokers or insurers in connection with insurance placements. This does not affect the price, terms, or coverage provided to the client.

Clients do not make any payments directly to FortuneGuard for the placement or issuance of insurance policies. All insurance premiums and related payments are made directly to licensed insurers or brokers. FortuneGuard does not collect, hold, or process client insurance premiums.

Client Information and Data Use
By providing information through FortuneGuard’s forms or communication channels, users consent to the use of their data for analytical and risk assessment purposes related to the placement of insurance coverage. Data may be shared with licensed brokers and insurers involved in structuring the relevant insurance program, strictly under confidentiality terms.
