Scope of Services
FortuneGuard is an insurtech company providing analytical, technological, and distribution support services for insurance solutions, with a focus on complex and high-risk exposures, including war, political violence, and business interruption.

FortuneGuard supports the structuring and placement of insurance coverage through cooperation with licensed insurance intermediaries and insurers.

Regulatory and Licensing Compliance
Insurance policies are issued by duly licensed insurers and/or placed through licensed brokers in accordance with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.

FortuneGuard does not act as an insurer and does not underwrite insurance risk. FortuneGuard’s role is limited to analytics, facilitation, and distribution support.
‍
Where required, FortuneGuard operates in cooperation with locally licensed insurance partners to ensure regulatory compliance.

Remuneration Disclosure
FortuneGuard may receive remuneration from partner brokers or insurers for services provided, including analytics, distribution, and facilitation. This remuneration may take the form of service fees or a share of brokerage commission, depending on the applicable agreements.

By submitting an inquiry, users acknowledge that FortuneGuard may receive such compensation. This does not affect the pricing, terms, or coverage provided by insurers.

Clients do not make payments to FortuneGuard for insurance policies. All premiums are paid directly to licensed insurers or brokers. FortuneGuard does not collect or handle insurance premiums.

Client Information and Data Use
By providing information through FortuneGuard’s forms or communication channels, users consent to the use of their data for analytical and risk assessment purposes related to the placement of insurance coverage. Data may be shared with licensed brokers and insurers involved in structuring the relevant insurance program, strictly under confidentiality terms.
